Here we go again

Today Monte and Marty pulled the catboat out of the lake (for only the 2nd time) and brought her home.  Thanks, again, to Marty for lending his time and his truck 🙂     This time we have the shop to put it in and working in there will be nicer than working outside.

I see sandpaper in my future.

  1. I know this picture represents a lot of work ahead, and a reduction in “on the water” time (sniff, sniff) but hopefully you & Monte will find a little respite and FUN on “Island Time” while Cupholder prepares for her project time – arrrr boat’s hatch be always open to ye!

    1. I have to say tho, Cupholder sure doesn’t LOOK like she needs work done, actually she looks pretty great . . . maybe this won’t be as long as you thought??

      1. hi teri, on the short list: sand and revarnish all brightwork, new bottom paint, fill some cracks in the fiberglass/epoxy layer on the stem, disco ball for cockpit dancefloor, mast hoops for sail, new mainsheet, new paint on decks, …

        see you soon!
